Mum & Me Yoga
We will host Yoga sessions on Saturday, March 24. We encourage you to restore your mind and the mother-child bond.
This is a great way to nurture your relationship, balance your bodies and practice Yoga. Mum & Me Yoga sessions are designed to foster mutual respect, positive communication and trust between mums (or any adult female role model) and little ones as we learn Yoga techniques and have a ton of fun! Activities will vary each session.
They involve individual warm up, partner Yoga practices, breathwork and other practical and peaceful ideas to practice at home!
No prior Yoga experience is necessary. Our Yogi, Carla Julian will take you through Yoga Asanas, Pranayama (breathing exercises) and lots of fun strengthening and coordination sequences in a mindful approach. Each pose can be modified for varying levels of flexibility and strength.
