Zaal Mohamed Zaal
Founder & Chairman | 2005–2017
Founder and Chairman of Al Barari Development, Zaal Mohamed Zaal established Al Barari with a pioneering vision for nature-led living in Dubai. Under his leadership, the community introduced landmark developments including The Residences, The Reserve, The Nest and The Farm, creating the foundation for an enduring family legacy.
Hazza Zaal

Son of Zaal Mohamed Zaal, Hazza Zaal joined Al Barari in 2011 as a Sales Executive, building his experience across the business before being appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2017. After serving as COO until 2024, he became CEO and has since been leading Al Barari into its next chapter of growth. His leadership includes Altissima, The Cape, The Lofts, The Bay, The Bay Health Club, Club Emelle, Library, Al Barari Playground, The Mill and Razor Barbershop, alongside the relaunch of Heart & Soul Spa and The Farm. Hazza is also the Founder and Chairman of Elemental Developments, a boutique real estate development company.
Nadia Zaal
Joined 2005 | Former CEO 2017–2024
Daughter of Zaal Mohamed Zaal, Nadia first joined Al Barari in 2005 and later returned to lead the company as CEO from 2017 to 2024. Her tenure played an important role in shaping Al Barari’s distinctive residential and design identity, with projects including Ixora I & II, Lunaria, Les 8, The Neighbourhood, Chorisia I & II, Nature Escapes and Fountain Drive.
Following her time at Al Barari, Nadia went on to establish Zaya Real Estate Development, pursuing her own independent vision in real estate development, separate from Al Barari.
Mohammed Bin Zaal
Joined 2005 | Former CEO 2009–2015
Son of Zaal Mohamed Zaal, Mohammed began his journey with Al Barari as a Sales Executive in 2005 before progressing through the business and serving as CEO for six years. During his leadership, Al Barari delivered key projects including Ashjar, Seventh Heaven, Body Language Health Club and the launch of Heart & Soul Spa. Following his time at Al Barari, Mohammed Bin Zaal went on to establish KOA Dubai, an independently owned and operated real estate development company, separate from Al Barari.
