The Lifestyle Shopping and Cultural Centre will be designed using architectural themes to create a sense of the regional Islamic history, culture and tradition of the region.
Incorporating, a mix of retail, leisure, heritage and cultural outlets and facilities, set in the midst of mystical landscapes and gardens, the aim is to create a relaxing live and work community focal point where people can come together to experience and enjoy the Centre’s unique and magical qualities.
The emphasis will be on enhancing the Lifestyle quality of both residents of the development and tourists visiting Dubai and the range of products on offer will include home and surroundings.
It is anticipated that a large and diverse retail garden centre with specialist restaurant will form the centerpiece of the Centre and priority will be given to companies offering garden and horticultural products and services.
It is also anticipated that a cultural centre will be provided with facilities including; amphitheatre/concert hall in which musical, cultural or theatrical performances may be staged. This will be complemented by art gallery/exhibition space, dance and drama school, ballroom and other facilities for complementary activities.
